Right now, there is NO lawsuit. It was dismissed for non-service on Dec 3 by court procedures previously posted.

That lawsuit stated:

2. The plaintiff, Paradigm Tactical Products, Inc., is a duly established corporation that maintains offices at 64 Central Street in Georgetown, Massachusetts 01833.

Wonder where Paradigm is now?
