Rod - with due respect Baxter quoted the $800m at a conference call or presentation about 2 years ago. I have had this discussion with Robert Uhl about the validity of this figure but unfortunately Baxter have withdrawn old conference call and presentations from their web-site so I am unable to justify the claim. I know that its true however as I wrote it in my notes. So we'll just have to disagree. It doesn't make much difference in the overall context - my point was simply that Baxter were getting high on Hylenex two years ago and have cooled considerably since then - to the extreme annoyance of Halo. At best the first Hylenex sales of any magnitude will not be until H2 2009 - thats about 3 years late. And we also have no guarantees that Hylenex will in fact be launched then. We have heard so many launch dates that its now a case of I'll believe it when I see it.
