Thank you for your response. It was more rational than I expected. I'd like to offer a couple of comments on it.
1) re: "Hence MY COMTEMPT for Matt and HIS site." ... It's not clear to me why, if you feel such contempt for the site and the person who founded it, you wish to be accepted here.
2) You refer to the crap I spew. You're not entirely wrong. It's not really my place to characterize you or your comments. However, I've done so. That gives you the option of trying to see what I say as an attempt to be helpful ... or reject it.
3) You might note that, as it's not really my place to characterize you or your comments, neither is it yours. What you characterize as hype may or may not be. Whether it is or not, you are not the guardian of the public morals (nor, before you say it, am I). There are (almost certainly) BS artists on iHub ... as there are on any other stock related site. Here, management makes an effort to keep the proceedings civil. You may or may not agree with their methods, but you can be sure of one thing ... you're not going to dictate them.
4) You apparently think you've been wronged. I'm sorry you feel that way, but the truth is no-one really cares very much. The vast majority of us get along very well. If you aren't fitting in, you may find the reason within yourself.
5) There is no requirement that you like Matt. There is a requirement that you conduct yourself in a civil manner.
I joined iHub a few years ago, I paid for a lifetime membership when they were still available, and I've learned a great deal from the people who post here. I try to contribute the little I'm capable of because of my appreciation for what I've gained by my membership.
What you do is your choice.
Fred
