Seriously, get a grip. The company is not a fraud. I don't know many fraud's that actually have product in place in stores and vehicles that have wraps on them promoting the product.
Just because their communication with the holders hasn't been good or even decent, doesn't mean the company is not legit. They're doing things their way. And apparently it's not paying of for the SP. So, they need to change their ways with their communication means, which it seems they're trying to do with their newsletter.
It's not like they're not trying. They most certainly are. Just not hard enough and often enough. That will change. I'm fairly certain of that.
