Uplisting? Doesn't that require we have up to date financials? As far I see, althought there have been statements that The Audit (only through year end last year) has been completed, there has been no word on current, up to date financials.
Uplisting requires that audited financials be on a timely basis. Our financials are three quarters late and none has been audited. They have not said that they will catch up. They have only promised us to issue the AF through the end of 2007.
