We would be better of with someone else in charge. But I do not think that BH and success are fully exclusive of each other, although the two spheres only meet slmost tangentially.

If you feel that way, and you know BH is staying around, why not just leave? Sell your shares and salvage what you can. If I were as frustrated as you seem to be, I would have been long gone. There are plenty who support what BH has done for the company. Markets evolve and it takes certain people to navigate those rough waters to get to the promised land. Simple sailors will complain about the rough ride, and will have plenty of opinions but the captain knows it is the best route and has adjusted it given the constant change in variables. He has my full support.
