Make sure you add some info in about floor less convertible debentures. I'm pretty sure that most people don't even know that financing like this, that should be blatantly illegal, even exists and how it's used for financing all these small cap companies as a financing of last resort. Also that most of these small companies never make it because they end up being naked shorted into oblivion at the expense of the unsuspecting investing public. Another fine example of your government looking out for the small investor.
