In my opinion, an FoB deal with a big-name partner for a blockbuster mAb whose patent is set to expire in the next few years is what it will take for the market to finally recognize GTC’s technology. Unfortunately, I see little chance of this happening in the near future due to uncertainly about when—and in what form—Congress will pass FoB-enabling legislation.
