THAT IS THE MOST UNEDUCATED STATEMENT I HAVE HEARD IN QUITE SOMETIME. IT SOUNDS LIKE SOMEONE IS ANGRY AT THE STOCK MARKET AND HAS LOST MONEY OR LOST AN OPPORTUNITY.
