I've completed my work through September 30, 2008. The following is an excerpt of a message I got from the accountant on December 3:
"05 is complete and the opening balance for 06 is set. I have made some journal entries for 06 and 07 but haven't had a chance to look at 08 yet. will do that tonight. I am hoping to get this out by the end of this week. thru 9/30/08."
That obviously didn't happen, and I haven't heard anything further from him as of today. Based on his historical speed, or lack thereof, I would say the chance is less than 50/50 that the financials will be filed with Pink Sheets before the New Year. I'd consider it a victory if they were to be filed before the end of January 2009.
