Frankly, i would be happy if the reps got a FAIR amount of shares for a PERFORMANCE bonus. Then they would sell product like crazy and tell hundreds of others about this stock.

However, this is not how business of this nature works... Wings & Ink will get paid cash (commissions), then that money will be divied out to employees.... If they want the stock, they will most likely have to buy it on their own.
