The laws of supply and demand are precisely why DNAG has failed totally. It makes no difference how much 'whizz bang' is in your product, no matter how 'cutting edge' it is perceived. What matters is whether or not there is any demand.
As was predicted in 2003 and has been borne out for all to see there is absolutely no demand for the DNAWitness product suite.
The number of actual cases where the product might be applied is so low as to be virtually zero. In the entire five years that the product has been available to a myriad of law enforcement agencies including the FBI and Scotland Yard there have been no more than a handful of applications. That is less than a half a dozen a year WORLDWIDE.
If there is no market, there is no future, there is no revenue, there is no company. Current events and the current state of the company bear this out.
