You didn't ask if it 'might have' been used.

...asking whether or not DNAWitness might have actually been used in that case.

You said;

Killer tracked down and arrested. Looks like DNAPrint Genomics was likely involved:

There is a difference there. Not necessarily in content, but definitely in the effect it might have on a reader.

Secondly we were not talking about the direction of the stock or manipulation.......we were talking specifically about the volume. Not the same thing even if you try to tie them together.

Regarding the volume, there have been many occasions where DNAG had good news, yet share price continued down due to the blatant manipulation.

There should nevertheless be 'buying' volume under such a scenario. Unsophisticated investors who just heard about a 'breakthrough' technology, do not have experience with manipulation nor do they know about the company's sordid history, they just want to take a chance with a few bucks. Even if the price is manipulated downward under such circumstances there should still be 'buying' volume. There was none...........even from people such as yourself who 'believes' in the stock and was 'apparently' convinced of DNAWitness involvement.

Makes you go 'hmmmmmmmmmmm'.......... doesn't it?

Correction to what I said earlier:

The traffic stop detail actually _doesn't_ make it appear any less likely, that DNAWitness was used.

The traffic stop clearly wasn't the whole story, of how the suspect was identified. The evidence found at the crime scene clearly played a role, and it appears obvious that DNA work was done, prior to identifying the suspect. Possibly including DNAWitness testing. I think it's now appearing more likely, not less likely, that DNAWitness was instrumental in this case.

"'We had forensics from the house,' Little Rock PD spokesman Lt. Terry Hastings told KATV. 'We had matches on that; yes, we have a very solid case against Mr. Vance.'"
