Well since nobody has any money at this time it's hard to peruse any kind of legal action.
Requests for legal help via this board have gone unanswered. Hard to believe there is not one attorney on this board or someone who knows an attorney that could be familiar with this situation?
So we all acknowledge that some impropriety occurred here but can not get a coalition together to take this to the next level.
