StockHOG, these after hour trades are very suspicious. Just think about this...PDGT says there are 800+ million shares outstanding right now but brokerage accounts everywhere show 1.1 billion O/S. If they said they were going to buy back up to 200 million shares and the numbers showing now are 1.1 billion, that means that by the time they buy 200 million shares (if they ever do) it will leave you with the amount they originally reported in the PR. In other words: 1.1 billion minus 200 million leaves you with about 800 + million shares. Am I missing something? Something ain't right.
