I'll bet you that somewhere there is a company setup that buys all of these "worthless" shares from brokers at huge discount over the price paid, and then they wait..............

What I am wondering is what they did with the electronic shares. Did they put them in a Penson "bit bucket" account where they hold them and wait for some to gain value and then cash those out for their own gains?

Zecco and I had a long email exchange going on:

ME: Where are the BISA shares that you took in the dead of night with warning?

Zecco: Give us a few days to research

Zecco: Your shares were deemed worthless. Can we help you with anything else?

Me: Why was I not given any notice of your pending actions, hence no option?

Zecco: You were sent a notice via smail to your address of record.

Me: No I wasn't, sent me a copy of that notice!

Zecco: Here is a pdf of that notice.

Me: Did you even read the pdf you just sent me? That pdf simply says that a policy is being formulated to handle worthless shares. We will inform you when we have the list of securities available for your review?

Zecco: Oh, then we will let you know when the policy is actually in place.

ME: S E E !!

The shares were then put back in my account!
