I have to agree...650 million to 3.9 billion is 6 times the previous authorized. That would equate to let's see...last closing price of .0004 divided by 6 = ? If this is not at .0001 by friday or early next week I will be totally surprized.
It would also mean that the 30 bucks I have left of my 7500 investment will be worth less than the brokerage fee to sell my shares. NICE WORK UPHOLDING YOUR FIDUCIARY DUTY TO SHAREHOLDERS MR. SECRETARY GARR WINTERS!
