Yep, people can't honestly expect Anthony to be at fault for the delays caused by the rain and washed out roads but I'm sure some will blame him for it raining at Wickenburg.
There are no laws being broken here, they have the necessary permits required according to the BLM, they are free to mine, get over it people, again if you are so upset that they are allowed to mine then file a complaint.
