I just got off the phone with BLM geologist Matt Plis. Matt is one of the geologists with the BLM who was out at the Wickenburg claim about 2 weeks ago. He advised me that it is ok to share the information which he and I discussed about Tristars' activities at Wickenburg.
TSHL is conducting legal activity on the Private Claim. Matt met with the "claimant" and found that everything is in order for TSHL to mine the claim. The claim is outside of the wilderness preserve area, so there are no prohibitive issues with regard to mining that claim. TSHL is NOT required to file any paperwork of reporting with the BLM pertaining to the private claim and may mine all they want on that claim.
When time nears to expand the operation to BLM portions of the adjoining property(s), then reports, various impact studies and engineering reports must be filed with the BLM prior to issuing a permit. If, at that time, Tristar employs professional and capable consultants to draft those reports and surveys, then the permitting may be completed in 3-6 months. If TSHL employs lesser qualified professionals to conduct the reports and surveys, then the permitting could take a year or so.
In short, TSHL is good to go and has free reign to mine the private land associated with the Wickenburg claim, end of story.
