Mining on the BLM portion requires permits, and Intent to Mine, and Reclamation documentation.
That was always understood. No permit required on the private mine area. Stay with the facts.



You need to check the facts. There are permits required for private land. Specifically, water permits.

Permits are required for the private land. Unless these guys are planning to mine less than five acres, they need a permit. The site is 25 acres.

Plus, they need to submit an environmental impact study which has to be passed off on before they can commercially mine in any event.

There are many other requirements which must be fullfilled as well.

According to the company, they were to be mining over the weekend last week. Then Larry said they would be mining 250 tons per day on this coming Monday. Now they are saying a couple of weeks from now. lol My guess is that they are just trying to string investors along with the old carrot on a stick ploy.

Larry sure learned the deception game fast.
