in edit: make that no gap up as futes have deteriotated to flat

we have a small gap up currently. not sure what qualifies as a pop, but i would be willing to take teh other side of our non bet and say that we get a decent rally day (>8 ndx points) and close green today.

europe did get dragged down by the CUV and is trading lower than teh expected damage. despite that i think we fend off the evil spirits and go up some today
