Roberto talked to him last week, informed the board news was to come out this week sometime.

I doubt John is selling any of his shares, you would have to talk with him to understand why(the enthusiasm in his voice). He probably wouldn't say if he was anyway.

I am not worried, news will come out, I am choosing to give John time and not bother him on the phone. But feel free to share anything if anyone does talk with him.

IMO he will catch us uptodate info wise, at some point.

Sir, I have not sold any shares of stock period.I can accept the questioning of my decision making process or my appointment to president but not my integrity and I beleive this statement questions my integrity.I would appreciate that statements made about my activities as far as sale of stock be based on fact in the future.
