Just might, although hard to say how available or practical it would be.
I don't know a thing about rates, lift capacity or any of that stuff.
Might be better in the long run to let nature take it's course, since the rivers should begin to start dropping pretty dramatically about now.
What ever road system is in place will begin to get functional as the ground drys out too.
Boils down to how much risk you want to assume, and how much money you want to spend, to gain what amounts to a week or two quicker start time.
There is a point where it's more risk, time, and resource, than it's worth to try and force it.
That said, I'm sure ready for the first leg of the good news!
