Bingo! My thoughts, exactly. That's also the thoughts of another BESV investor I know that holds a big bunch of shares. If it is Laurus, they're dribbing them out a little at a time. I would, however, expect that they will keep some for longer term.

Generally speaking when people receive settlement shares and are sellers, they sell the whole lot. It would seem Laurus is the seller and with this stock's very low volume its completely mired until they're out. From my Level II, it looks like they're selling at .14. So what we need to look for are some big blocks where someone has taken them out which should be below the .14 they want as block buyers tend to demand a discount. It's just he way of the world, with so little knowledge of this stock all the Q's and financials and PR's will matter very little, unless or until they that roadblock is cleared. It's a case where the seller and not the news is controlling the stock. As people see it mired some will sell because it's unclear for how long this is dead money. So again my point is don't look for reasons for the stock activity there is really only one, the Laurus shares roadblock.
