The only thing I can say regarding this is when he buys dinar overseas, whether Iraq govt, Jordon, or whatever, he is "acquiring inventory" for his business (he is the customer sort of), usually businesses/retailers incur the shipping charges; however, when he does business with us, whether buying or selling, he is basically the broker, and will have the customer pay the shipping charges on both ends. He is providing the service to us, and will pass the direct expenses on to us. I am not a dinar broker and am not trying to argue for them, but it makes sense to me why they are doing it.
