it just means there are too many plastic bottles laying around. every1 is going to get an assigned bottle and thats it! One container per person nation wide! One fork, One tooth brush and one pair of undies! at least those you can turn inside out every 3 days :)

They want the public to use their rotten water..LOL. I use municipal water all the time..filtered with 2 cotton and one charcoal filters in line. My water is as close to "clean" as you can get but I go through a new set of filters every 4 to 6 weeks due to the greenish black "sludge" I find clogs them...The greenies also don't like all the plastic bottles either.
