Of course at some point you'll be holding the bag when they file bankruptcy or announce the next reverse split.

That being said, do you really want to hand shemp another hundred dollars?

I'd rather give it to someone more deserving, like an orphan, a homeless drug addict, a congressman, an axe murderer.....
