I have not personally spoken with him, but I have exchanged e-mails with him. I know others on here have spoken with him many times for hours at a time. As for last weeks e-mails, I know the company was in a quiet period before the 10Q release, its a customary practice. I'm pretty sure he's been receiving hundreds of e-mails a month since the conversions began back in June. Theres really not much that he can say, it becomes repetitive after a while explaining that conversions are happening, debt is being paid. It's an ugly process, and it takes time and patience. Each note holder is doing it in his own way, some are holding their stocks, some are selling slowly, and then you have the idiots that just keep dumping.
There are so many different things happening at the same time right now that it's hard to figure out who is doing what. You have some note holders dumping, some covering their naked shorts, some just taking interest payments, and some that have just deferred taking payments until the idiots are done and gone. It's a complicated mess that we just have to have patience with. Let the idiots play their game, they'll be gone soon enough. Then Raley will take the time and effort to repair the damage they have done to the PPS and the stock structure. As I've said before, there's no point doing anything as long as they just continue dumping.
