Dear dodah,

Maybe the market doesn't like the deal,,,but if GTC was not in such a precarious financial situation and had a better offer they would not be pushing this deal. With all due respect, unless you have hard evidence to the contrary, ie they were offered a better financial deal, I must deal with reality.
