When it's right in front of your face you still can't see it. Intel doesn't think they're being treated fairly by the EU commission so they went to the Courts for relief. An option they had in Japan as well but chose to decline because the recommendations made by the JFTC were so minor they weren't even a slap on the wrist. Please note they were only recommendations. That's an option in Korea as well and Intel has chosen to go to Court rather than accept the KFTC's decision. In Pete's Universe Intel has been convicted of heinous crimes but in this one it's just a pipe dream.
