Thanks for reply. Notwithstanding all that, I’m glad that Dingell has been replaced by Waxman.
Dingell’s role in stalling FoB legislation is hard to understand absent some kind of political debt owed to Big Pharma. (Hmm… did Upjohn ever have operations in his district?)
As for Waxman, how bad can he be? After all, his 1984 bill helped launch the generic-drug industry in the US.
