I don’t know what difference it will make either. Other than a possible copyright infringement if WHI owns the name WAMU or Washington Mutual. What I don’t know is if JPM has any standing to use it Just adding JPM in front of the name may not be enough to allow this as it is an established trademark and quite possibly a name change was in order when the bank was sold. If the bank held the name, trademark, copyright and so on then it will make no difference what so ever. Excuse me for not reading every post and staying up on every thing, as I travel to over a dozen other boards and several other sites as well To keep up on other investments and opportunities.

I can't believe people are still confused as to who owns the banks. We are really late into this game for people to be buying stock based off false assumptions. It's not like this is a big secret.
