The June 26 PR clearly defines that WWEI and Windcor have completed a development agreement. About the Berlin Stock Exchange: there is almost no volume on this stock in Berlin, the last trade was Nov 7, shares traded: 12000 (with an average daily volume of 75 shares over the last 3 months).

I still do not see the direction connection.

The statement:
Windcor has just completed negotiating a development agreement with Welwind Energy International.

To me, this does not indicate a merger. This could be for technical help. In addition, WWEI did not put out a PR statement.

Where are you getting your information of a potential R/S? The O/S are about 200M, this to me is still relatively low.
