We went and looked at U of A and she didn't take to thetown over Phoenix.. sooo, picked State . But U of A has a great Campus I thought..really clean!
Tell me something... where is a good section to 'buy' rental property in Tempe if you know ..that way I could rent it out for max income ? They are out of Housing... so I thought I should look into buying something.. she could live there and perhaps rent out some rooms too? Just thinking College town investments ya know.
