#15488 RE: oldberkeley #15487

Got my call from Altman group. Asking me if I would like to record my vote over the phone. I declined and said I would prefer to vote using the internet. Although I have already voted part of my shares.

I am getting the feeling that this vote may not be a slam dunk approval.

Oldberkeley and nivasvs,

I am thinking along the lines of you both. I almost did sell some the friday before the latest LFB dilution was announced, but I hesitated. That was at $0.40 but it does seem too late to sell now. I am starting to think along the lines of Jesse, that it is better to vote for the crappy and very shareholder unfriendly deal that the piss poor GTCB executives managed to work out. I would more inclined to vote for it is those idiots would at least try and make some cuts and or fire Cox, but they don't seem to care at all about shareholders.

Jesse,

Did you ever get a response from GTCB about why they haven't instituted any real measures to cut costs? They need to get into August on the money they get from the big dilution LFB for very little money, just in case the FDA delays their decision on rATIII.

"I'm near your numbers, 84% loss. And that's from what was, for me at least, a very serious amount of money."

I think we are mostly all in that ugly boat. I was lucky enough to sell the bulk of my shares at above $0.25 but that does not mean I did not suffer a huge loss in my portfolio, nor does it make me feel any better about the friends and the relatives that bought on my recommendation and are still fully in the stock. I should have sold all my shares back then instead of holding on to the last 50,000 shares. At this point, selling these does not make much sense anymore because I doubt the stock will go much lower than $0.1 even in the mess we are in...

<<1. Are you saying that there's no point in selling now for the relative pittance you would get at 0.11 PPS? If so, that's also how I'm feeling at this point.

Yes.

<<2. Are you saying that you expect Dr. Cox to leave, voluntarily or otherwise, and plan on holding until then?>>

What I was implying was Cox will handover this company from shareholders to LFB for his secure future leaving us shareholders nothing. GTCB will become a subsidiary of LFB.

<<FWIW: I'm near your numbers, 84% loss. And that's from what was, for me at least, a very serious amount of money.>>

My loss is approximately $250K with GTCB. I pretty much converted all my IRA account to GTCB at a PPS more than $1.10. I have lost everything.

I work for a big pharma in clinical development and I strongly believe that GTCB is very valuable company in terms of pipeline or portfolio.

Cox made huge blunders.

I don't blame anyone for my investment loss. But I feel very bad because this company has technology unparallel wehn compared to similar size.
