I generally try to stay out of these pissing matches, but since you're being such a jerk...

First, your comment that "tax rates have consequences. If you don't like it you'll have to lump it" is a non sequitur. I didn't see anywhere where anyone was arguing to the contrary, so you just made stuff up and then attacked someone over it.

Second, your comment about Ingmar Bergman is not completely correct. He left Sweden because he got arrested for tax fraud.
