As far as will you be able to trade on the international exchange, that depends on which brokerage co. you are using. The other question(s) I think mainuh answered in a previous post below:

The way I see it is we maybe looking at a 500 mill to 600 mill OS with 70 to 80% restricted so there have always been just 20 to 30% real shares for regular invesotrs and investors total shares maybe around close to 500 mill is not more.. So all that means to me is MMs and the rest of the Naked shorters will have to cover . From what was told on the board they have insurance to handle that if they are forced. Which because international rule will be forced. That is how I see it.. imo
