louis Bravakis usually shows up for PUC meetings(per PUC minutes). Their lawyer shows up for Henniker planning board meetings and the last time he did, he asked for a 3 month extension because he reportedly couldn't answer townspeople's questions. Other than that, nothing seems to be happening. From what I've been told they have not begun the permiting process yet and when you call the governor's office, they say they have no information, other than what's in the paper. Noble Wind with whom Laidlaw is supposed to be sharing the grid has not even acknowlged Laidlaw's existance. Meanwhile Clean Power has filed their permit application and is meeting with the city and Fraser. I admit Laidlaw baffles me. They seem to have the right names associated with them but they don't seem to be accomplishing squat. It could be they're stuck with an unworkable plan and no financing. But of course I could be wrong.
