Unfortunately, HFBV feeling the "share price pinch" brings me no "comfort", and I don't kow why it would anyone. The only thing good is that is knowing that through them feeling it they may care and take action w/ the attornies to help the situation for everyone.
Digging up information is only somethinmg to talk about unless you have all the facts. If you do not even know the whole story, we have very little on which to interpret as you already said. To suggestr a person cannot be successful in running a co. because they had been involved w/ a lawsuit is nothing more than gossip to me, and even if they had been found guilty of something in the past, the nature of the charge would be important as well. In addition, I'm sure there are many people who have had a dark past who went on to be good citizens and run successful businesses. People have pointed out that JB does not have a spotless past, and I had known that, but I did not automatically write him off, and especially not the whole company.
This DD people are talking about is fine and all, but it is not like we are getting some secret info. here that was hidded and now proves fraud or anything of that sort. I wonder how many people on here have lied or shed light on bogus issues for their own gain. I have no reason to believe them or take action based on any of it thus far, and I have read a lot of stuff on here for the past year. I had taken some issue w/ the OGNA name, but the co. fixed that. Why doesn't anybody post the article(s) released to commend HFBV for their ability to change their public image? I know I had read at least one article from last spring.
