Why are you so nervous? About someone hanging around on the board who knows the inner workings of the penny stock underworld without having a position in the company?
I submit to you that if you are truly just a little guy from Utah (probably close to the mine right?) then you will welcome a guy who is now an outsider who can probably provide the most unbiased look at this situation as it evolves. We shall see.
I will throw my towel in and join you all at some point if I see this going. But from what I have seen (and I could raddle off dozens of companies that apparently "had" something big that in the end the stock price never reflected that) I am not impressed that this one is anything different. The stock is now lower than what it was under the previous name and regime when you adjust it for the split. That is a fact.
Good luck to you sir. This sure has made for an interesting board this weekend. The number of people crawling in from nowhere is truly amazing.
