So I decided to give up with you..You cannot seem to understand the filings.So I guess you can think what you think..The o/s is what it is..and confired..the other shares were retired plain and simple the other 27.7mil was issued to puro to complete the merger.I am done with this subject once and for all.I guess some people just cannot read the filings as good as they think they can..good luck to you..
