Tax re-distribution is absolutely the worse thing we can do while I don't think deficit reduction is realistic nearterm.
That doesn't mean our government shouldn't raise taxes because I would think we only have a couple of Trillion left before America is Downgraded, and if that happens it's curtains for America.
From what I understand soon we'll have more than 50% of Americans not paying taxes, and I think we've learned that is a huge mistake!! Isn't that how we got into the current medical cost mistake? We didn't pay the bills so we didn't care what the cost was.
I would like to see more Americans taxed and if we have to raise min wages to pay for it that should be done.
