Mick, what is the actual Law on the birth certificate?...
I know that a child born to a US parent out of the country is a citizen and can return to the country with the parent and is considered a citizen as well...
If both parents are not US citizens and have a child born in the US then that child is a citizen in reverse of the parent's native country...
But does the constitution of the US require that a child be a US citizen at birth to be President?...Or does it state that any child born in the US, even a visiting alien at birth, can run for the Presidency after gaining US citizenship later?...
Seems like a pretty cut and dried issue based on the answer to those 2 questions...LJ
