As far as Jon Latorella goes, I done a little research on him myself and was satisfied with what I found. Aside from his legal difficulties, I was very impressed with his business track record. I only wish I could be as innovative as he's been. I've heard the argument that shares are being sold after hours, by Gemstone, but I don't agree. If there were shares to sell, I think it would have already been done.
If, in fact, Mr Latorella is involved with PDGT, I would consider that to be a very good thing. I would think that he would work overtime to turn PDGT into a very successful company.
