I must say, that is a pretty bullish call for a contrarian...I mean I am not saying he is not telling it like it is-but sentiment is as accurate a barometer of opportunity in the markets as anything. IMCL @ $90 back in 2004 with the CNBC buzz clammoring correlates with highs the way this article correlates with a bottom right now--companies like Cortex worrying about funding. LLY,MRK, PFE and SGP will not exist in 5 years without some very new innovative products and IMCL ( I know they are getting bought) or CELG cost way too much money now to affect their bottom lines.
