That seems to be the general consensus of the public. It's interesting to hear the unions get slammed for their salaries/ benefits, but when senior execs say they are entitled to their high salaries/sweet benefits because they give "shareholder value" nobody calls them on it. Sr auto execs earn more annually than the president of the USA - who, most agree, has far more responsibility.
Every bum on Wall street who is recieving more than a million a year should be asked to step down from his or her position. This amount only when the company is profitable, not when its losing money.
