Yes, I saw the transit with a telescope. I could just glimpse Venus without one as well (just using a solar filter). Skies were a little cloudy but it wasn't a problem.

OT Maven, it looks as though Toutalis will miss us by a million miles or so ...so I guess I'll keep paying my health insurance <g>
