I KNOW hype I have done my own DD talk to Gene many a time and know how under valued this stock is and have to give thanks to my friends Twin and g man for inviting me here so loong ago now but can't thank them enough!!!!!!!!!!

This is posted daily, but nothing ever happens. I sure hope that this 3.50 level is someday reached.

Thanks for posting. I took a small position and I am considering alot more, buuut, I dunno....when I read how "with a drop of a dime (phone call)all penny stock shares could be bought and ergo all the pinky mentality with it..."??
I am not trying to be a wise guy when I write this, but if this is sooo undervalued, they why on earth does he not just make that call? Or better yet, take care of his friends by informing them of this once in a lifetime opportunity to "buy a $3.50 stock below a penny"????

In other words, this seems soooo great, soooo good, that it is almost too good???? Does anyone else wonder this too?

Also, and again, I am not trying to be Nick negative here, does anyone know if Mr. Newton has made any statement or guarantee to the effect that once this cutover takes place, it will NOT come with a simultaneous Reverse Split in order to get the share price to where he wants or needs it to be? In other words, does he believe this is a $3.50 stock with the share structure as it CURRENTLY is??
