Makes sense...I know we're talking about allot of $$ that the MM's will eat, so I don't estimate the fact that they will pull every dirty trick out of the book...and write some new ones as well.
However, there's one thing that you didn't position in here...what happens when the uplisting is to a foreign exchange, especially one that does not play those kind of games that our own SEC does?
