All the PRs have a safe harbor statement at the end, they are completely legal.
If you really want to punish them, find thier next stock and DON'T BUY IT!!!! Find thier next stock and bash, bash, bash it every day.
Most people end up in these scams from a promotor or a spammer.
Bash it everyday so that a few of the people who come in to look at it have a chance to see the other side of the coin.
Of course anyone who is already long will hate you but, you can't do anything to help them anyway. The promotors will just keep selling even if you stop bashing.
